J&J Property Maintenance provides various services to shopping centers and commercial properties throughout Southern California. We are currently seeking experienced pressure washing technicians to join our team!

Job Description:

-Must be able to work Graveyard/Overnight Shift,be flexible with work schedules and work hours, and able to work overtime when necessary.

-Previous pressure washing experience preferred, with high pressure, hot water equipment.

-Ability to follow schedule, and deliver high quality cleanliness and service.

-Ability to work with the physical demands of the job, such as standing, bending, twisting, lifting up to 50 pounds, etc. and other physical demands as necessary.

-Ability to work in a team environment with "team work" mentality.

-Ability to follow all safety policies and procedures at set forth by Management.

Requirements:

-Reliable transportation, and working cell phone.

-Authorized to work in the US.

-Driver's License
