ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Brand champion and expert while ensuring brand integrity in all aspects.
Responsible for exploring growth opportunities for the business, developing annual marketing objectives, and executing against those goals.
Develop annual marketing plan for their brands, including industry and market trends, competitive analysis, SWOT analysis, product and segment analysis, review of previous year, and recommend plan for upcoming year(s).
Collaborates with Sales organization on mining key insights, developing customer-specific strategies (for top customers), and may on occasion, attend customer meetings.
Leads development of brand selling stories and strategies using data to devise both short- and long-term positions to build the brand and market share
Functions as category expert for the categories relevant to our brands
Leads the development of strategies and objectives for building and executing year-round brand engagement through partnerships, social media, and other marketing vehicles.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Discipline (Marketing preferred), MBA Preferred
Minimum 5 years branded marketing experience, food marketing a plus
WORK SCHEDULE:
Hybrid schedule with 3 days required in Mount Laurel office.
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:
15% travel as needed to trade shows and meetings
