J & J Staffing Resources is Hiring an Assistant Property Manager Near Wilmington, DE
Our client in Wilmington, DE is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join their team. This is a temp to hire position with a schedule of Monday-Friday, hours are from 8:30AM-5:30PM, and rotating every 3rd Saturday 10AM-4PM. This position offers $23/hr. *This is NOT a Remote Role*
Essential Duties:
- Distribute, Mail or Process all: rent, security deposit payments, delinquent notices, lease renewals, non-renewals and lease terminations.
- Respond to phone calls and in-person visits.
- Assist in conducting market surveys, shop competitive communities, maintaining the required safety standards, planning resident functions.
- Supervise the cleaning staff.
- Prepare service requests from residents and inform the maintenance team.
- Responsible for assisting the Leasing Consultant with all aspects of leasing.
- Assist the Property Manager in all aspects of property management and to assume the duties/authority of the Property Manager in the absence of the immediate supervisor.
- Enforce all company/community policies.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by your supervisor or PRMI.
Qualifications and Skills:
2 yrs property management Experience Required
