Our Client in Mount Laurel, New Jersey is seeking a Provisioning Specialist to join their team! This is a Temp to Hire position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Your responsibilities would include, but are not limited to:

• Responsible for processing, scheduling, coordinating and verifying successful installation of orders.
• Handle customer-initiated product and service orders
• Interface with other departments as necessary to ensure that orders are fulfilled correctly and are billed accurately.
• Acknowledge all requests same business day, if not respond with requested information.
• Verify Internet serviceability for customer locations.
• Thoroughly place orders, proactively follow up on orders and provide updates to customers.
• Address customer questions for pricing, delivery times, shipping and any problems associated with order fulfillment.
• Process and manage customer MACD (Move, Add, Change, Delete) activity.
• Update internal database real-time with all pertinent information and dates.
• Coordinate the shipment of specific equipment to and from company, field service rep, and customer locations.
• Dispatch field services personnel to customer locations when required.
• Generate monthly reports for activated and cancelled Internet circuits.

Requirements:

• Must be comfortable with high volume of work, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to meet after-hours work requirements after hired perm.
• Bachelor's degree required
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in an administrative role preferred.
• Adept with MS Office applications and use of PC/Windows networking.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic environment using multiple simultaneous applications.
• Detail oriented and accurate.
• Professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent written communications skills.
• Able to work in team environment and independently with minimal supervision.
