Our Client in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey is seeking a Field Services Coordinator to join their team! This is a Full-Time, Temp to Hire opportunity offering $50,000 per year.
This is a fully onsite office position with the hours of 9 : 00am to 5 : 00pm, Monday through Friday.
Job Duties :
- Responsible for remote technical field services / smart hands appointments for customers.
- Responsible for for processing, scheduling, coordinating, understanding, and verifying successful dispatches that meet customer requirements.
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities Required :
- Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
- At least 1-year related Project experience or Customer Service experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Previous field or project coordination experience a plus.
- Advanced verbal and written professional communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to effectively interact with colleagues, vendors and customers / clients of all professional levels
- Passion for technology
- Ability to read, analyze and understand contracts, statements of work and scopes of work
- Possess impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
- High level of self-motivation and initiative
- Excellent time management and ability to multi-task and balance several important project tasks at one time
- Analytical and problem-solving capabilities and ability react to project adjustments promptly and efficiently
- Works well in fast paced environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work in a team environment, keeping people informed and up-to-date on all relevant information
- Possess knowledge and application of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Technical Skills Required :
- Must possess a solid understanding of information technology and telecommunications industries. Must have knowledge of basic network setups including :
- Cabling (CAT5, CAT6, Fiber)
- Network (Switches, Access Points, Modems, Patch Panels, etc.)
- Jacks (including biscuit jacks and other cable terminations)
- Wire Management
- Racks
- UPSs
- Circuit Cable, FTTP, Dedicated Fiber extension
- Router installation / configuration
