Our client, in Wilmington, DE, is looking for a Tax Manager with experience in servicing small to mid-size corporate and personal clients for write-ups, research tax laws and advise clients on tax related issues and tax returns. This client is offering $90,000 to $100,000 annually, based on experience.
Duties for this position include:
- Licensed CPA. Must be current on all CPE’s
- Tax Preparation using Ultra Tax and QuickBooks for 1120, 1120F, 1120-S, 1065, 1040, 1040NR, 990, etc.
- Experience with client tax write ups
- IRS Representation and review tax notices and respond to proper tax authorities
- Able to review tax returns prepared by others.
- Manage 1 to 2 other tax preparers.
Education and Skill Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- 10 year’s prior experience in public accounting tax experience.
- Significant supervisory experience (5 years plus).
- Must be reliable, dependable, and work well with others.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Detail oriented & ability to multi-task.
- IRS representation experience required.
- Able to work remotely and timely.
- Has their own computer and monitors.
Software Experience Desired:
- Ultra Tax
- Microsoft Office Products
- QuickBooks
- Must have experience in computer network systems, electronic file storage and electronic processing.
This position will require working from home in a secure atmosphere while occasionally being in person at the office.
Must have own computer and reliable internet service.
