Sells total portofio to assigned on/off premise accounts in order to meet Company objectives for volume and distribution. Encourages and influences customers to use POS promotion display items. Essential Duties And Responsibilities: Travels through assigned territory to call on on-premise and off-premise customers to solicit orders and sell in programs.Reviews daily route sheets in order to prepare for daily sales calls.Develops relationships with Key Decision Makers such as District Managers, Store/Grocery Managers, and Account Owners.Tours assigned accounts according to required call frequency. Surveys stores to seek and sell in all possible display opportunities throughout the entire store. This includes warm and cold shelf plan-o-grams, cross merchandising displays, out of beer department displays, etc. Quotes prices to retailers to ensure retails are appropriate.Maintains current knowledge of pricing, QD levels, margin calculation, and total portfolio knowledge.Discusses any special deals or promotions with customers.Provides sampling of new products introduced in the area to accounts in order to increase sales.Turns in signs, displays and other thematic P.O.S. when necessary.Provides promotional and advertising support through offering sell-in programs to assigned accounts. Responsible for tracking key initiatives and accomplishments within assigned accounts.Coordinates the distribution of sales materials, such as signs, etc. with delivery service representatives for distribution to accounts.Coordinates execution of displays and re-sets with sales department. Assists in these functions when needed.Responsible for knowing, monitoring, and tracking all assigned store-level data, including counting and recording space as it relates to set functions.Able to read all code dates and rotate both package and draft while at retail. Responsible for maintaining in code product at all accounts.Maintains frequent communications with Director of C&G, Sales Supervisor, and Delivery teams in Citrus & Hernando counties in order to discuss progress, points of synergy, and areas of improvement in assigned accounts.Attend sales meetings.Responsible for achieving objectives which align with the Company’s and manager’s Bonus Program. Responsible for completing Brew University training.Assists with checking to ensure daily deliveries were made. Opens new account and sets up scheduled line cleaning, if necessary.Completes weekly and monthly objective recaps and MBO’s. Additional Duties And Responsibilities: Performs any additional duties and special tasks assigned by the Sales Supervisor.Delivers special beer orders to accounts when needed.Travel as needed to work with other Florida facility sales teams. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must use own means of transportation (i.e. vehicle) to get from account to account in order to service customer accounts/venues.Must be able to regularly unload product (case of beer), which averages to 40 lbs., but can weigh up to a maximum of 49 lbs. from delivery vehicle and transport into customer accounts.Must be able to push/pull/lift kegs on a regular basis which average 170 pounds and can weigh up to a maximum of 186 pounds; you must be physically capable of routinely performing lifting at those weight levels and transporting product into customer accounts. Requires ability to move easily around account premises in order to inventory current stock levels and display P.O.S. Able to rotate product in coolers, on shelves, and in stock rooms. Able to maneuver a two-wheel dolly effectively. Working Conditions: Regular exposure to extreme temperatures, outside weather conditions, including wet and/or humid conditions.
