Head Girls’ Lacrosse Coach

Mullen High School is seeking to hire an energetic and committed Head Girls’ Lacrosse Coach.

The Coach is expected to provide leadership, plan, organize, and be responsible for a comprehensive and competitive interscholastic lacrosse program as well as present an enthusiastic professional looking squad to represent the entire athletic program. This position reports to the Athletic Director.

Essential Job Functions:
● Demonstrates the objectives of the school’s core principles and values in accordance with its Mission.
● Create and maintain a positive culture that helps students grow as student athletes and individuals
● Development of lower level program(s) and coaches to include varsity assistant coaches with the expectation to follow and exemplify the school’s Mission.
● Direct oversight of the program’s booster club.
● Be a positive role model consistent with the school’s Mission.
● Maintain effective communication with athletes, boosters, school administration, staff, students, parents and the community.

Qualifications:
● Head coaching high school lacrosse experience preferred.
● Comprehensive up-to-date knowledge of lacrosse, latest trends techniques, strategies, and technical skills.
● Possesses an enthused love for lacrosse and has a desire to develop the fundamental skills of high school athletes.
● Work within the framework of a Lasallian, Catholic, and College Prep institution.

Compensation $5,000

This is a temporary, seasonal position and is not benefit eligible.
