J.K. Residential Services Inc. is Hiring a Property Manager- Highland Park/Lincoln Heights Area- Roving- Full-Time Near Los Angeles, CA
Property manager needed to manage a properties in the Highland Park/Lincoln Heights areas. The position is Full time and the manager will live onsite at one property and manage 6-8 other properties. This person must be comfortable driving on a daily basis. Properties are close to neighbor shops, shopping, restaurants and cafes.
Responsibilities: (Not Limited To):

- Collection of Rent & Delinquencies
- Generating and Posting of notices as needed
- Schedule and review maintenance service requests as needed
- Obtain bids and maintain relationships with vendors
- Advertise, market and lease vacant units
- Maintain a positive and productive relationship with tenants
- 1 year of onsite property manager experience managing up to 50 units is preferred
- Experience managing multiple properties is preferred
- Valid Driver's license, this is a MUST
- Vehicle that can be used for work purposes on a daily basis, this is a MUST
- Willing to undergo a background check and drug test, in accordance with local law/regulations
- GED or HS Diploma
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Must already live in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area
- $3500-4200/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction.
- Partial utilities paid (water, trash & sewage)
- Medical, dental, vision, life insurance
- Full Time
- Monday-Friday- 8:00am - 5:00pm- w/out any other conflicts
- Available after hours and weekends for emergencies
