Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for :

• Inputting, verifying, and reconciling all patient charges daily
• Maintaining the integrity of medical records during surgical visits
• Assisting management with tasks specific to the needs of the Materials Management and Scheduling departments
• Supporting administrative responsibilities, including :
• Preparing reports and statistics
• Handling correspondence
• Coordinating meetings
• Coordinating the Vendor Credentialing system for Surgical Services

Qualifications :

• High school diploma required
• Strong computer skills and excellent organizational abilities
• Experience with stocking, materials management, or PeopleSoft preferred
• 1 year of experience with a computerized materials management system
