Patient Services Representative
J. Morrissey is recruiting on behalf of a long time client for an experience Patient Services Representative. This role is for a specialty Healthcare Practice with 2 office locations.
There is a rotation roughly every 4 to 5 weeks. The offices are fast paced environments where attention to detail and customer service skills are paramount.
The offices are impeccably clean, modern, well run, offer free parking and a meaningful benefit package.
A representative list of Duties :
- Patient Check Out.
- Processing referrals (outbound) to specialists.
- Act as the back up to the front desk receptionist when they are not available.
- General administrative tasks.
Required :
- At least 2 years of experience working in a healthcare environment. Preferably a medical practice.
- Proven track record of handling a busy environment without missing details.
- Computer skills (will train their system)
- True desired to help patients.
Pay : $43,000 to $48,000 Per Year
