Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the well-being of our patients. Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with treatments and procedures
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document patient information, medical history, and treatment plans accurately and thoroughly
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, treatment options, and self-care techniques
- Monitor and evaluate patient responses to medications and treatments, making necessary adjustments as needed
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with legal regulations and hospital policies
- Assist with diagnostic tests and procedures, such as sonography or mammography
- Utilize electronic medical record systems (such as Cerner) to input and retrieve patient information
- Coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care for patients
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families during difficult times

Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting is highly desirable
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and systems
- Familiarity with medical documentation practices and electronic medical record systems (EMR)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to provide exceptional patient care

Pay: From $41.62 per hour
