Executive Assistant - San Francisco - $125k-$130k
A top-tier global financial services firm is seeking an Executive Assistant to join their team in San Francisco. The company is well established and does a fantastic job of creating an inclusive environment where staff members can bring their best selves to work.
This position will provide administrative support for multiple executives and make a meaningful impact for the organization.
Responsibilities will include:
- Managing complex calendars and scheduling/coordinating meetings
- Serving as gatekeeper for executives, handling correspondence and overseeing priorities
- Arranging domestic and international travel arrangements
- Monitoring expenses and preparing expense reports
- Preparing and distributing meeting materials and other documents
- Supporting ad-hoc projects as requested
The Executive Assistant will enjoy a competitive base salary ($125k-$130k, DOE), comprehensive benefits, hybrid schedule (3 days onsite, 2 days remote) and the opportunity to work with wonderful and thoughtful colleagues.
Qualified candidates will possess:
- 5 years of experience supporting multiple executives
- Background in finance or professional services is a huge plus
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
