Position Summary: The Operations Project Manager - Dedicated Accounts will play a pivotal role in overseeing and executing logistics and supply chain projects specifically for our key dedicated accounts. This role involves direct collaboration with our customers to understand their requirements, provide updates, and ensure project objectives are aligned with customer expectations. The position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills and a thorough understanding of logistics operations, project management methodologies, and process improvement techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management activities for logistics and supply chain initiatives dedicated to key accounts, from inception to completion.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timeline, resources, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery within defined constraints, monitoring progress and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Analyze and improve logistics processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction, implementing best practices and conducting root cause analysis for operational challenges.
• Work directly with dedicated account customers to understand their needs, align project goals with their expectations, and ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to align project goals with business objectives and ensure optimal service delivery.
• Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and operational efficiency, preparing regular reports on outcomes, cost savings, and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a project management role, demonstrating success in managing complex projects and achieving desired outcomes.
• Strong project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
