About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented AYS Agent to join our team in the Banking, Nonbank Credit Intermediation and Related Activities industry. As an AYS Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction by promptly responding to guest requests and inquiries. You will be the main point of contact for guests and will work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Your ultimate goal will be to provide exceptional service and create a memorable experience for our guests.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Fluency in multiple languages.
• Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures.
• Familiarity with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office and hotel management systems.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries, including but not limited to room service, housekeeping, and maintenance issues.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
• Maintain accurate records of guest requests and follow up as necessary.
• Provide recommendations and information about local attractions, restaurants, and events.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
