Job DescriptionAs a Mental Health Therapist with our client, you will provide evidence-based treatment and mental health services primarily through telehealth. You will conduct intakes, therapy sessions, and assessments, and maintain accurate documentation for individual, family, and group therapy. There is assistance with scheduling and clients are provided.
This role is a full-time position and offers a fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling and generous benefits. Mental Health Therapists must be licensed in at least 1 of the following states: Massachusetts, New York, or Washington.Key Responsibilities

This role is a full-time position and offers a fully remote work environment with flexible scheduling and generous benefits. Mental Health Therapists must be licensed in at least 1 of the following states: Massachusetts, New York, or Washington.Key Responsibilities
- Rendering evidence-based treatment to a spectrum of patients.
- Providing various mental health services to promote individualized patient recovery primarily through telehealth video or telephone.
- Conducting intakes, individual, group, and family therapy when applicable.
- Providing mental health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
- Completing and maintaining documentation in a timely and accurate manner and according to Federal, State, and company guidelines.
- Full-time position Fully remote, flexible scheduling. Therapists can make their own schedules between the hours of 7:00 am and 9:00 pm EST - 7 days/week.
- MUST work until 8:00 pm 2 days per week OR work 4 - 4 hour shifts on the weekends.
- No on-call.

- Master's degree or higher
- At least 1 year of relevant experience

- Must be seeking full-time hours
- Must have ANY of the following:
- Active LICSW in the state of Massachusetts
- Active LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York
- Active LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington
- 1 years of experience in ANY of the following:
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
- Dialectical Behavior therapy (DBT)
- Evidence-Based Practice
- Telehealth Experience
- Outpatient Experience
- Bilingual
