WHY THIS JOB: DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
A leading Bozeman wellness company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Operations to oversee daily warehouse operations. In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for managing warehouse staff, ensuring efficient and effective operations, and optimizing the storage and distribution of goods. This position requires a strong leader with excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail. You will oversee a small team and be actively involved in day-to-day processes. The company has extensive growth plans over the next few years, and this role will grow accordingly.
What You’ll Actually Do:
- Supervise, train, and develop warehouse staff to maintain a productive and safe work environment
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and distributing goods
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular audits and reconciliations
- Collaborate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams for timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Manage the scheduling and execution of inbound and outbound shipments
- Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Ad-hoc projects as needed
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
- A degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus but not required
- 5 Years of operations management warehouse experience
- Self-Starter with a change agent mentality
- A hunger to be a part of the expected growth of the company
- Experience in providing ongoing mentorship and coaching to managers
- Experience with Excel
- Forklift experience is a plus!

- Salary $120K - $130K plus discretionary bonus
