WHY THIS JOB: HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
A local civil construction service company is looking for an HR Manager to join our team and lead the development and implementation of HR strategies and practices. The HR Manager will play a key role in cultivating a high-performance, employee-centric company culture. Additionally, this individual will assist in the payroll process and other light accounting functions to support the company. This is a great opportunity with someone with a strong HR foundation who is looking to create and develop the division as they see fit.
What You’ll Actually Do:
- Manage the onboarding process for new employees
- Complete and submit the necessary paperwork to external agencies for reporting requirements
- Develop jobsite-specific HR policies and procedures
- Help process company multi-state Payroll
- Assist with accounting data entry & AP/AR, and other accounting functions
- AD Hoc as assigned
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Need:
- Degree in HR or something similar
- 2-5 years of experience
- Experience handling payroll – the multi-state is a plus!
- Familiar with HR Regulations and Policies
- Experience with ADP software
- Construction experience is preferred
Where and How Much:
- 100% In-office, Bozeman MT
- Compensation $90K - $120K End of year bonus
- Generous PTO | 100% Employer Paid Health Insurance – Family included | 401k with company match starting at 6%
