· Improve and respect the lives of individuals who have physical, mental, and developmental disabilities

· Assist in the implementation of individual plans and behavioral plan goals

· Update individual case notes daily with feedback regarding the strengths, skills, and performance needs of individuals

· Help individuals develop appropriate social, behavioral, housekeeping, and daily life skills

· Assist with daily living activities, including preparing meals and assisting with personal hygiene

· Assist individuals in the pursuit of recreational, social, and community activities based on their preferences and individual goals

· Provide supervision and guidance for individuals during skill-building activities

· Assist and encourage individuals in the establishment of social networks

· Develop a rapport with individuals and cultivate a safe and supportive relationship

· Ensure individuals’ rights are protected

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
