Job Overview: As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in promoting and selling our products, focusing on building relationships with grocery stores in mainstream markets. You'll work closely with the National Account Manager to ensure the successful execution of sales strategies.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES\
- Identify and address short and long-term customer needs
- Forecast product demand within the North American market
- Travel extensively to engage with customers, brokers, and distributors
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Present products effectively, including demonstrations and sample distributions
- Participate in trade shows to showcase our products and represent the company
- Provide valuable market insights to inform marketing and product development efforts
- Collaborate with brokers and distributors to enhance business partnerships and drive sales growth
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
- Proven ability to foster strong relationships with retailers, brokers, and distributors
- Salary: USD 65,000.00 - 85,000.00 annually
