Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide reports and analysis using data combined from multiple systems to uncover trends and develop key insights.
  • Conducts statistical analyses to develop strategies.
  • Builds predictive models and machine-learning algorithms.
  • Identifies data patterns and trends.
  • Proposes solutions and strategies to business challenges.
  • Builds and maintains dashboards for operations KPIs.
  • Presents information using data visualization techniques.
  • Documents all processes, research and create user manuals.
  • Create ad hoc reports with data and analysis as requested by senior management.
  • Identify development needs to improve and streamline operations.

Required Skills & Abilities:
  • Proficient in Excel, Power Query, Power BI
  • Proficient in Azure Data Factory
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Problem-solving aptitude.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, statistics, applied math or related field required.
  • Extensive background in data mining and statistical analysis.
  • At least two years' experience with SQL and statistical software packages (Python, R, SAS) required.
  • Experience using business intelligence tools and data frameworks.
    • Preferred experience in:
      • Salesforce
      • Tableau
Physical Job Requirements & Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to remain in a stationary position for up to eight hours in an office environment. The employee occasionally is required to move to access people or workspaces. Involves frequent telephone contact with agents and employees. Interaction with others is constant and may be interruptive or involve dealing with angry or upset people.
The employee may occasionally lift files, paper, or office equipment weighing up to 35 pounds. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate a keyboard, calculator, telephone, copier, and other such office equipment as necessary. Vision must be correctable to 20/30 and hearing must be in the normal range for telephone contacts. It is necessary to view and type on computer screens for long periods and the ability to optimally communicate is required.
