Jack Sprat Restaurant is located in Girdwood, Alaska. We have a couple positions opening up for our service team. We are seeking those with a genuine passion for customer service. The right candidate is someone who enjoys working with a team and providing a great guest experience through hard work and attention to detail. Successful applicants would work well in a fast-paced, setting and are good at multi-tasking while staying organized. A motivated person can expect advancement based on a consistent positive work ethic.

Jack Sprat is an independently owned and operated, full-service restaurant at the base of Alyeska Mountain. Serving world cuisine in a cozy casual setting. We create health-conscious food with a balance between meat and vegan choices. Jack Sprat is open year-round. Our service is five nights per week with a focus on fresh and local ingredients.
The community of Girdwood is a small mountain town. Girdwood is unique and friendly with access to the "big city" of Anchorage, just 40 miles away along a national scenic byway. Jack Sprat is a fun and creative restaurant. Please apply if you are:
