We are seeking an Account Manager to join our ambitious team!
As an Account Manager, you will be the business representative with whom a client has the most one-on-one interaction within the company.
Jack T. Carter Company is a 54-year-old, woman/family-owned business located in the heart of downtown Rogers in a recently remodeled open-concept office/loft. We are a growing National HVAC Air Filter Distributor with lots of fresh ideas and are looking for someone to add to our ambitious team.
Our office is small, but very fast growing. We are looking for someone who wants to stay with our company, watch it grow, and to most importantly be a part of the success!
Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with customers to be their go-to person
- Day-to-day interactions with customers on orders, ETA's & solving problems
- Communicating opportunities directly to Sales Consultants
- Quoting customers on products
- Analyze customers weekly/monthly sales
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales & customer service, not required but highly recommended
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Problem solving
- Organized
- Energic/Bubbly Personality
Base salary with commission structure that will be discussed in the interview. (With base & salary the total will be $55,000-$60,000 starting off, can grow from here)
