Fleet Maintenance Mechanic
Jacketta Sweeping Service is a local parking lot and street sweeping company looking for someone to help out in our shop. Duties include basic tasks such as changing tires, belts, batteries and brooms, cleaning and washing the trucks, picking up parts and supplies and keeping the shop neat and orderly.

Essential Functions:

• Keep detailed service and maintenance logs
• Perform preventative maintenance procedures
• Repair and change tires
• Change oil and/or transmission fluid and filters
• Install batteries
• Keep shop clean and orderly
• Purchase, receive and store supplies and parts

Qualifications:

• High school education or equivalent
• 21 years or older (for insurance purposes)
• Must have a Driver License with no more than 1 ticket in the last 3 years
• Previous automotive or shop experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Ability to work independently and be self motivated
• Have a valid driver license (CDL preferred) and a clean driving record
• Pre-employment drug screen required

Pay $20 - $21 per hour DOE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
