```Duties```
As a Server/Bartenders , you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction during their dining experience. Your duties will include:

- Greeting customers and assisting them with seating arrangements
- Presenting menus and explaining menu items to guests
- Taking food and drink orders accurately
- Delivering food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Checking on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Processing payments and handling cash transactions
- Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation

```Requirements```
To excel in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

- Prior 2 experience in the hospitality industry as a server or bartender
- Proficiency in food handling procedures and safety standards
- Strong customer service skills with a helpful and friendly attitude
- Ability to upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic math skills for order accuracy and payment processing
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and familiarity with OpenTable reservations system
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective guest relations and conflict resolution
