Jackson Dean seeks a Project Manager to join their team. At JDC, the role of the Project Manager is to provide oversight and management for construction projects ranging in value from $400,000 to $40,000,000. The Project Manager is the primary point of contact for the project and is responsible for the financial success of the project, managing all aspects of the project from estimating through project closeout.
For this position, the Project Manager should have successful experience pursuing and managing construction projects. The individual must be professional and self-motivated with strong oral and written communication skills, dependable, and able to quickly assess incoming and upcoming project needs.
