This position is Seasonal (time frame is approximately 4 1/2 months Dec.- Apr. ) 18 weeks Experience Preferred but willing to train the right person Several Positions Available ! Store Fronts and Retail Locations This is a salary position 32-40 hrs. a week Overtime paid 1 1/2 24 hours of PTO Bonus Opportunity MUST be willing to train before the start of tax season (paid training) Office Manager duties include but are not limited to: -ability to train and oversee employees -strong written and verbal communication -good organizational skills and the ability to multitask -ordering/monitoring office supplies -maintaining office cleanliness -answering telephone calls/emails and directing them to appropriate staff -offering superior customer service to each client -perform daily accounting for the office -daily communication with Area Manager by phone and /or email -work scheduled shifts and cover shift if necessary Knowledge Requirements Basic knowledge of computer, printer, and scanner Ability to multi-task and have good organizational skills
