Our newest Insurance Sales Representative will pursue and respond to the requests and needs of prospects and current clients who need insurance to protect their family from life's uncertainties.
Property & Casualty license is a bonus, but we will assist you to get your license!
Retail, Restaurant, Hotel, and Customer Service experience are great attributes to succeeding in this position.

Salary: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
· Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
· Process customer policy change requests.
· Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
· Maintain knowledge of new products.
· Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
Requirements
· Successful Sales Background in Retail, Restaurant, Hotel, and Customer Service Industry
· Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
· Create relationships from a cold start.
· Must be highly self-motivated.
