Job Summary: As a Precast Concrete Production Manager at Jackson Precast, Inc, you will be responsible for overseeing the production of architectural precast concrete wall panels and other miscellaneous precast concrete products at our manufacturing facility. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production processes while maintaining the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the daily operations of the precast concrete manufacturing facility. • Supervise a team of production staff, including scheduling, training, and performance management. • Monitor and maintain quality control procedures to ensure products meet or exceed industry standards. • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to optimize production processes and develop innovative solutions. • Oversee inventory management, including raw materials and finished products. • Implement safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment for all team members. • Develop and manage production schedules to meet project deadlines and customer requirements. • Track production metrics, analyze data, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. • Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and standards. • Collaborate with the installation team to coordinate delivery schedules and project timelines.

Pay: $50,026.00 - $60,583.00 per year
