Position Summary :

• Facilitates communications among caregivers, patients and visitors to ensure the smooth and efficient flow of information.
• Performs all clerical / computer functions to support patient care delivery.
• Coordinates daily patient flow activities.
• Stocks unit with office and medical supplies and prepares requisitions to maintain inventory levels.
• Promptly and professionally answers the telephone in a professional manner and directs calls or takes messages.
• Faxes and photocopies information as requested by staff.
• Responsible for keeping the reception and patient waiting areas, and office files clean and organized.
