Store manager will oversee all operations and staff to ensure the branch location is successful and achieving it growth goals. Responsibilities include managing financial systems, cash flow, internal audits, state audits.

Ensure self and staff provides exceptional customer service to help develop new customers relationships and help maintain existing relationships.

Duties Include

Communicate all title and loan products clearly to customers

Document all collection activities daily

Create and maintain accurate customer files and documentation daily

Ability to handle cash and balance multiple cash drawers

File necessary applications with the state

Maintain and manage repossession accounts while working effectively with repossession companies

Keep a clean and welcoming work environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
