We're looking for an experienced and collaborative Construction Administratoronsite at our client's office based in Marcy, NY, supporting project managers and internal stakeholders. Your familiarity of the construction industry will be imperative in applying your strong organizational skills in supporting the project team by managing and filing project construction documents to include tracking and processing of project submittals, RFIs, invoices, drawing logs, and project milestones and closeouts. You’ll coordinate and document change management, conduct and provide meeting minutes, and follow up with action items to ensure the project remains on time and within budget. You’ll excel at multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment and efficiently prioritize daily tasks.

The base salary range for this position is $52,000 to $65,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
