Your Impact:

The .Net Developer Mid is part of a small team that will work on a .Net application with a SQL Server backend and Internet Information Services application server. The senior developer will be working in an AWS cloud environment using cutting-edge technology. The developer will work in conjunction with other government and contractor developers to assist in all facets of development and O&M for the application. Support will include, but is not limited to, the gathering, analysis, and development of specifications/requirements provided by the system owner. The developer may be tasked with supporting all aspects of the project to include all phases of life cycle development.

The position is located in the District of Columbia and allows for 30% on-site work and the rest remote. Additional onsite days may be required based on mission need.

Here’s what you’ll need:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or other related analytical, scientific, or technical discipline
• 5 years of experience with programming and software development including analysis, design, development, implementation, testing, maintenance, quality assurance, troubleshooting and/or upgrading of software systems. At least 2 years of experience using .NET software.
• Strong experience in ASP.NET MVC (web development)
• Heavy SQL experience w/ Stored Procedures, Functions and PLSQL or Transactions
• Experience with Entity Framework, Linq, JavaScript/JQuery and HTML

Clearance Required: 

• TS and SCI Eligibility

Preferred:

• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Experience with Git Repository/GitLab
• Experience scripting in Powershell/python
• Experience with ASP.NET Core (Web)
• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Internet Information Services (IIS)
• Experience with CSS/Bootstrap
• Experience with Telerik/other UI Framework
