Jacobs Entertainment is currently in search of a “Property Supervisor” for the Gold ‘N Silver Inn. The Gold ‘N Silver is Reno’s oldest casual dining restaurant and has been a Reno landmark for over 60 years.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Process cash and electronic transactions accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a secure and organized work area
• Handle customer inquiries regarding transactions and provide assistance when needed
• Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
• Monitor and assist customers in slot area
• Provide technical assistance for any machine issues
• Keep gaming floor neat and tidy
• Oversee shift operations of both F&B and Slot departments
• Train and mentor new staff
• Enforce company policies and procedures
• Ensure adequate staffing levels

Skills, Education and Other Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Knowledge of F&B operations
• Familiarity with slot machines and gaming industry practices
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have working knowledge of the Food and Beverage service industry
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience
• Valid Nevada Driver's License
• Valid Nevada Gaming License
• Identification that establishes identity
• Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
