Our top candidate will have previous Customer Service experience, a strong background in exceeding customer expectations, extremely detail oriented, reliable and efficient. DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for reviewing orders/projects to ensure proper product is included in contract
- Provide feedback to Jacuzzi Sales Representative regarding measurements or pricing issues.
- Welcome call with new clients to review products ordered and assign an installation date
- Review quality standards and customer satisfaction/reviews in a timely fashion
- Provide excellent customer service to our current & past clients
- Be of service to any customers between sales and install duration
HOURS/PAY
- Full-time Monday- Friday (First Shift) and every other Saturday (OT at time and a half)
- Hourly pay rate of $22 based on experience
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Customer service and data entry experience
- High attention to detail
- Basic computer knowledge
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Construction contract experience (preferred)
