Destin Hair Studio is an elegant boutique hair salon located in one of the most highly trafficked areas in Destin, FL. We offer a wide range of services including Shampoo & Blow-Dry, Hairstyling, Cutting & Coloring, Updos, Highlighting, Conditioning Treatments, Keratin Smoothing, Makeup & Airbrush, to name a few. In addition, we do provide On-Site Services for special occasions and Model Shoots. We are a commission salon and do take care of your taxes as well as your back bar.

Role Description

This is a full-time position for a Hair Stylist that loves to make people feel beautiful. A talented Hair Artist that is a great team player and has a strong work ethic. You will need to be passionate about our industry. Always mastering your craft, and willing to step outside of the norm and stay ahead of the new trends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hair Styling and Hair Cutting
• Cosmetology license (or equivalent)
• Willing to go the extra mile when it comes to customer-service for our clients.
• Proficient with hair coloring, highlighting, and balayage a must. Working with hair extensions would be a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High school diploma or equivalent, a relevant degree is a plus
