Experienced Journeyman Plumber , you'll enjoy a competitive base salary ranging from $75,000 to $85,000 annually , recognizing your experience and dedication. Our benefits package includes health, dental, vision, a 401(k) plan, profit-sharing, paid time off (PTO), transportation and accommodation assistance, and ample training opportunities. We'll also provide a company-provided vehicle, tools and equipment, uniforms, paid training, and an ongoing professional standards certification. In addition to a competitive base salary, commission bonuses, and comprehensive benefits totaling over $15,000 per year over your base salary, we're proud to offer a relocation/sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 depending on experience. But that's not all! Your workweek is a testament to a healthy work-life balance at Jade's Heating and Plumbing. Enjoy four 10-hour shifts from Monday to Thursday, between 7 AM and 5 PM, giving you a well-deserved 3-day weekend to recharge and explore. All that you need is: 5 years of plumbing experience Knowledge of heating and radiant heat systems Proficiency in reading plans and drawings Physical ability to meet the rigors of plumbing and construction Willingness to lead apprentices Strong troubleshooting skills Valid driver's license and a good driving record Having 7-10 years of plumbing experience is a plus! Working toward or having your master's plumbing license is desirable!
