Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Your main responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Duties: - Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner - Present menus to customers and answer any questions regarding menu items - Take accurate food and drink orders from customers - Relay orders to the kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of food - Serve food and beverages to customers in a professional and courteous manner - Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction - Clear tables and clean dining area after guests have finished their meals - Handle cash transactions and process payments using Aloha POS system - Collaborate with other team members to provide exceptional customer service Requirements: - Previous experience in the food industry or customer service is preferred - Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers - Basic math skills for handling payments and making change accurately - Knowledge of food safety guidelines and practices - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail - Excellent multitasking skills to handle multiple tables simultaneously - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career growth within our organization.
