Jaguar Land Rover of San Antonio is looking for a Dynamic Used Car Sales manager to join their award winning team.

Function: The Sales Manager is responsible for greeting customers, assisting the sales desk with securing customer commitment on vehicles, reviewing the CRM for opportunities, and following up with customers. The Sales Manager primary job duty is to close deals and generate revenue and sales.

Position Overview

Area of Responsibility:

• Execute all of our Playbooks (Traffic Management, Appointment, Trade Walk and Sales Playbooks)
• Execute our Save a Deal and Unsold prospect follow up process
• Coach, mentor and develop our sales professionals to ensure that they meet and exceed expectations and our minimum standard
• Greet customers upon arrival to the store to make intervention welcomed later in process
• Assist in training sales associates on sales process, objections, customer service, etc.
• Intervene during pencil presentations to help close sales opportunities
• Evaluate lead response for potential opportunities
• Lead next day follow up by utilizing the Desk Log to find opportunities
• Motivate sales team to hit key objectives and KPIs

Relationships:

The Sales Manager reports directly to the Sales Director

Accountability:

Efficiently and effectively close deals and generate revenue and sales.
