NOW HIRING Telecommunications Representative/Dispatchers to join our fantastic team. We are looking for individuals that have experience and or knowledge in the world of High-Speed Internet, digital video and phone. Applicants should have a clear enthusiasm for customer service, a technical understanding of Coaxial Cable, Ethernet CAT5/6, Fiber Optics, minimal electrical is a plus, but not required.
The right candidate will have full availability, be detailed oriented, analytical and have a passion for problem solving. This role will evaluate critical data, troubleshoot, provide over the phone support, and identify / escalate critical installation fails.
This position is not remote and located in an office setting - Daytona Beach, FL.
Responsibilities and Duties, but not limited to:
- Strong computer knowledge, Excel, Outlook, minimum 35 WPM typing.
- True analytical and detail-oriented aptitude; a high degree of accuracy is required.
- Exhibit professional communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to manage time efficiently; set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Current, valid drivers' license
- Must pass background check including - Motor Vehicle, Criminal Report and Drug Screening
