Disguise is on the lookout for an experienced, energetic, and self-motivated Sales Director to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about driving sales and leading with innovation, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities include:
• Serve as the primary sales contact for Disguise relationships with ownership of annual planning, forecasting, supply chain and selling efforts.
• Work with Senior leaders across departments on strategic initiatives to deliver annual plan objectives.
• Lead, manage and motivate a team of regional sales reps.
• Develop tailored yearly sales programs for new and existing customers.
• Understand business trends and the competitive landscape.
• New business development.
• Participate in quarterly/yearly business reviews.
• Understanding of customer requirements.
• Travel 3 times a year.
Skills & Experience required:
• Proven sales experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Outlook, Business Intelligence).
• Advanced verbal, written and oral communication skills, with an ability to tailor communication style to any audience.
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
• Strong knowledge of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the sales field.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of sales management experience.
• Established relationships within retail or licensing preferred but not required.
• Experience with Amazon or Costco preferred but not required.
