Position Overview

This position is ultimately responsible for the successful operation of a Best One Fleet Service Center. Responsibilities lie in six major areas : business planning, team development, marketing and sales, operations, administrative duties, and maximizing profit.

This position is responsible for training and developing a team of support staff, and working effectively with all to establish, implement and fine tune a profitable business plan.

Requirements :

• Must have 3 years of successful auto center management experience
• Commercial automotive experience is preferred, but not required
• Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a proven track record of team development, training and customer relations
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
• Must have strong computer skills in regard to : Microsoft Office, internet, and software navigation.
• A bachelor's degree in business administration or a similar field is highly desirable.
• Must have a current valid driver's license and a satisfactory driving record.
• You must also be at least 18 years old

The ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, and work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position.
