This will be a full time, fully remote position, offering a salary banding of between £54,000-£58,000 dependent on experience.
The successful candidate will have managed a team in the past and will be experienced in dealing with LGPS and Teacher’s Pensions.
Daily Duties Include
- Overseeing the delivery of HR, Payroll and employee services for Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Staffordshire
- Liaising with Public Sector clients and managing those relationships, including academy trusts and local authorities
- Focusing on improving service delivery and managing a team
- LGPS and Teacher’s Pensions
- Experience of Oracle and/or iTrent systems
- 25 days annual leave Bank Holidays (pro-rata)
- Defined contribution matching pension scheme up to 6%

- Life assurance x 4 salary
- 37 hours per week (Mon – Fri)
