Events Space Leasing Manager

San Francisco, CA 94103

Position Summary: The Events Space Leasing Manager will be responsible for promoting the company’s open spaces for group events and procuring short term leases for same. The company operates a commercial company with space available for holding events such as company parties, workshops and seminars, meetings, job fairs, small conventions, trade fairs and special events.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Routinely promote and identify event promoters, events, and groups that need space and to procure, prepare, and execute rental agreements

· Maintain and process all rental agreements and records

· Collect all rental payments and expenses

· Monitor and supervise each event

· Arrange, manage, and oversee all setup and event preparations and clean ups

·

Qualifications:

· At least 5 years’ experience promoting, procuring, and managing space for special events

· Demonstrated record of excellent collaborations with property owners for short term space rentals

· Excellent public relations and verbal and written communication skills

Work Schedule: Part Time in accordance with events activities and schedules.

Compensation: Commission by event plus hourly compensation for events supervision and management.
