We are looking for a professional and friendly Office Manager to be the face of our company. This person will be the first and the last company representative the clients converse with so it is vital they are top-notch and represent us well.

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering phones, responding to emails, managing calendars and scheduling appointments, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate must have excellent communication skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to staff members
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and other correspondence
  • Maintain a neat and organized reception area
  • Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members
  • Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as neede
  • Collect payment on services, and call clients to collect on past due accounts
  • Manage Accounts Receivable
  • Provide portal support to clients
  • Final process and distribution of tax returns, payroll reports and financial statements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 55 per week
