Description

The Merchandiser function role supports sales initiatives and provides coverage for Account Managers during vacation, sick or any special projects as needed. Field Support Specialist will work with management to maintain customer relationships between sales, merchandising and operations for all large & small formatted “off premise” stores.

Responsibilities:

• Merchandising of established store territory.
• Merchandising cold equipment, wire racks, and all other display activity at store level.
• Monitor competitor activities including new product launches and price reductions.
• Responsible for delivery of cold equipment placements as directed by management.
• Must complete all invoicing procedures required by respective store and comply with all established paperwork/invoice procedures.
• Assist Account Sales Manager with relative duties to large and small format accounts.
• Bring a sense of urgency and commitment along with desire to get things done.
• Maintain a high level of communication across the Matador team.
• Ensure all Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order.
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand.

Requirements/Qualifications/Skills:

• Prior sales experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Good mathematical skills
• Knowledge of beverage market preferred
• Current driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to regularly lift and move 25 lbs over your head
• Must be at least 21 years of age
