We started working with Formula 1 teams in the late 70’s and 80’s and now manufacture high-end CNC deburring machines. These machines are multi-axis coordinated motion machines that help produce commercial aircraft, military aircraft and vehicles, wind energy systems, agricultural equipment, commercial automotive, OHV, and so on. Our equipment touches virtually every aspect of the modern world.

We are seeking a Marketing Manager to help grow our business in several different areas. We are an OEM; we design, build and sell high-end CNC Deburring machines to every major manufacturer.

We are looking to monetize other aspects of our deburring machines such as robotic gripping systems, rotary table, clamping systems, tool motors, and so on.

As well as our general machine shop work.

We are seeking a dynamic and multifaceted Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and efforts, grow our brand presence, as well as manage our recruitment process.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on, creative problem-solver with a proven track record in digital marketing, content creation, lead generation, talent acquisition and leadership.

Responsibilities:

Marketing:

• Manage and mentor one or more direct reports on the marketing team.
• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and lead generation
• Create engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, and email campaigns
• Plan and manage multiple social media presence on platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn
• Craft and send email campaigns using Constant Contact
• Optimize website content and structure for SEO, using relevant keywords
• Manage and maintain the company website using Squarespace
• Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using Google Analytics
• Identify and reach out to potential leads through various channels
• Nurture leads and work with sales team to convert them into customers
• Create visually appealing graphics and marketing materials

Recruitment:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies
• Write compelling job descriptions and manage job postings on Indeed and other platforms
• Screen and review applicants, scheduling interviews with promising candidates
• Coordinate with department heads to schedule in-person interviews
• Stay informed on industry hiring trends and best practices

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising or related field
• 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing roles
• 2 years of experience in leadership roles
• Proven experience in content creation, social media management, and email marketing
• Proficiency in Facebook and LinkedIn advertising
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and keyword research
• Working knowledge of Squarespace, Constant Contact, and Google Analytics
• Experience in setting up and managing Google Ads campaigns
• Demonstrated ability in lead generation, nurturing, and conversion
• Proficient in graphic design with a strong portfolio
• Experience with Indeed recruitment and other platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
