Provide part-time professional property management for locally-owned two-building office park in Williamsburg consisting of 40 executive offices and 8 commercial suites, with primary duties of tenant communications and support and oversight of property maintenance and vendors.
Essential Functions:
Professional and reliable support to existing tenants for all daily operational needs
Oversight of all basic maintenance and operational needs for the property, including but not limited to: communications and coordination with all supporting vendors and service providers (IT, utilities, landscaping, custodial) and ongoing assessment of facility improvements as needed
Availability to provide after-hours support to tenants and property on a limited basis, as needed (lock-outs, alarms, maintenance issues, etc)
Assist owner with property showings and negotiation of leases for new tenants
Provide support to property marketing consultant as needed in relation to marketing of property and recruitment of new tenant business
Ensure positive tenant experience and continued leasing by working with owner to support tenant appreciation events and ongoing beautification and property enhancement projects
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years professional property management experience or comparable background
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and email/mobile communication

Acute attention to detail
Excellent time management and ability to multi-task, problem solve, and prioritize under pressure
Strong written and oral communication skills
Able and willing to work after-hours, on limited as-needed basis, to support tenant needs
Ability to manage vendors and other supporting service providers
Terms:
Flexible schedule to be determined by candidate and property owner, with a minimum of 20 hours per week on premise at property
Compensation commensurate with experience
