Experienced Fence Installation Foreman

Jan Fence, Inc is seeking an Experienced Fence Installation Foreman (5 Years Plus)

What you can expect in this role :

• Physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Work closely with project managers to understand project specifications.
• Install and supervise a team of fence installers, providing guidance and direction throughout the project.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to less experienced team members.
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure that the finished product meets customer expectations.

We are looking for Someone with :

• Strong work ethic and a desire to succeed.
• Strong sense of ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline
• Professional presence and strong communication skills
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license.
• 5 years Fence Installation experience required.
