Job Details:
-Hands on position that requires you to be in the office 35 hours per week
-Assist sellers from listing appointment to under contract and ensure a smooth experience for our clients
-Manage listing timeline and point of contact for sellers
-Creation of listing graphics and online information
-Deliver signs, lockboxes and graphics to listings
-Seeking someone passionate about helping us reach objectives and supporting the team
Ideal Candidate:
-Previous experience in real estate a plus
-Strong written and verbal communication
-Excellent organizational skills and meticulous with follow-through
-Learning based
-Self motivated and team player
-Detail oriented with the ability to multitask
-Proficient in Microsoft Word, Power Point, Publisher and Excel, as well as, social media platforms
-Calm, cheerful attitude and client service a must
